President

Tim began BTM Solutions in 1998. In the years before that, Tim was an Aerospace Engineering major at Mississippi State University , he opened and managed Radio Shack computer stores for two years, and in 1981 started with BESCO (Business Equipment and Supply Company) in the Mid-Range Computer Sales Department. Tim began selling and supporting SouthWare accounting software in 1982, and in 1998 bought the Mid-Range Division from BESCO and opened BTM Solutions.

Helen Stewart
Vice President of Operations

Helen has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University . After graduation, Helen spent four years in a CPA firm. She then joined BESCO's Mid-Range Computer Division in 1986 where she began working in software support for the SouthWare product line. When Tim Beckett bought this division from BESCO, Helen began working at BTM Solutions the first day it opened. The rest is history. Helen has 24 years of experience in accounting and software support.

Melissa was one of the original crew from BESCO who has been at BTM Solutions for 8 years. She has a B.S. degree from Mississippi University for Women in Business Management and has worked with SouthWare software for 15 years. Melissa is married with two children, a member of Hamilton Baptist Church where she is very active in youth ministries and an avid Nascar fan.

GINGER has recently joined the BTM team as Comptroller. Ginger is a 1984 Centennial class graduate of Mississippi University for Women with a B. S. Degree in Accounting. She now has 23 years of accounting experience, 11 of those years working with SouthWare software, and 18 years of upper management experience. Ginger's work background also includes selling, installing, and supporting a medical software program for the BESCO Computer Division in the mid 80's.

Ginger is a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where she enjoys serving the Lord and working with the GA's teaching about missions.

Pam studied Commercial Art in college but then found that she was a natural with computers. She started as Computer Operator on an IBM System 32 for an industrial specialty company. She then taught herself how to not only run programs, but also how to program in several languages. That led to 25 years of experience in computers and software which she brought to BTM six years ago when she joined the BTM team.

Angela graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mississippi University for Women with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. She has 25 years experience in the marketing field, 14 of those years spent at BESCO in computer and software marketing. Angela and her husband Steve have four boys and three granddaughters.

Keith joined BTM Solutions in December, 2007. He has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and over 25 years experience in IT. Keith’s background includes programming, technical support, project leadership, and management. He is married to Deborah, and they have three children. One is a student at Auburn University, one is a student at the University of Alabama, and the other is in junior high school.

Dow has been with BTM since 2004. He has a B.S. Degree in Business from Mississippi State University. Dow coordinates all installation and implementation projects for BTM. Dow is married to Heather, a 4-year-old preschool teacher, and they have two children, Hannah Frances and Reese.

“One thing I will say about my job description is that it keeps me ‘hopping'…the days seem to go by so fast because of how busy I am. And I do enjoy the opportunity to talk with customers and do the follow-ups that help BTM to continue to grow.”

Jon C. Stinnett
Technical Director

Jon has been with BTM Solutions for almost two years. He has a B.A.A.S. degree in Software Development from Sam Houston State University . Before coming to BTM, Jon worked as a consultant in the software development field for 10 years

Ricky has an Associates Degree in Computer Programming as well as an Associates Degree in Computer Networking from East Mississippi Community College . He was also on staff at EMCC for two years as a Local Area Network Instructor. Ricky has been in the Technical Department at BTM since May of 2002.

Melody received a BS degree in Social Work with a minor in Child Development from Mississippi College.  She is using that degree as Director of the Child Development Center at Fairview Baptist Church since 1985.  Melody is also working part-time at BTM helping with the phones and office work.  She is married to Robert Adams and they have two children, Kelsey and Kaden.  Melody attends Fairview Baptist where she teaches a two-year-old Sunday School class and sings in the Sanctuary Choir.

Scott has a B.S. Degree in Accounting and has been with BTM for almost 5 years where he specializes in the manufacturing segment of software support. Scott worked in the fields of Inventory Control and Auditing for almost four years before joining BTM.

“My background in accounting and inventory control helps me provide our customers with a broad overview of their manufacturing processes and environment. I think this gives them an advantage when building their manufacturing model. This is something I enjoy doing in my job.”

Larry has been with BTM Solutions for almost one year. He has an Associate Degree in Information Technology from Southern Union . He also attended Auburn University for three years where he majored in Accounting and Economics. Larry has been a business owner and worked in application programming in accounting and inventory control which adds up to over 30 years of experience in the fields of software and accounting.

Eddie Matano
Technical Support Specialist

Eddie just earned his degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. He earned his degree in the United States , but Eddie is originally from Nairobi , Kenya . He has been with BTM for almost two years.

Susan recently joined the company in December 2006, as an administrative accountant. She has 24 years of accounting experience with Weyerhaeuser Company.  Susan also has a degree in Marketing from Mississippi State University.  She enjoys country life and watching her son play sports.

Neal has joined BTM as the SME Sales Consultant for Northeast Mississippi and Northwest Alabama. Neal's background is in retail sales with Cowboy Maloney's for the past ten years. He started with their organization in sales and was promoted to Assistant Manager and then Store Manager. Neal's sales background includes selling computer systems for seven years. 

Neal is married and has two children, Michael and Myah.

"My job is the best one in the company," says Neal.  "I am able to be out seeing customers on a daily basis!"

Haney has joined the Support Department of the BTM Solutions family.  He has a B.A. degree in English, and has worked for several charitable organizations in England for five and a half years. He also worked for local authorities and agencies in Plymouth, UK in a freelance capacity as an interpreter and translator.  Previously, Haney worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross, the ICRC, for over three years. 

Haney’s passion for computers and software started nearly ten years ago.  As part of the BTM team, he now has the opportunity to share his knowledge by helping companies maximize their investment in their business management software.

Robert worked with BTM Solutions from 2002 until 2005 and rejoined the team in January 2007.  He has over 30 years experience in the information technology industry.  The last 10 years he has been involved in the sales of computer hardware and software.  Robert has rejoined BTM Solutions as Account Manager for the Jackson, Ms. office.  He lives in Brandon, Ms. with his wife Mary, 3 dogs, and 3 horses.

Judy joined the BTM team in May, 2006, in the Memphis Division. She has a degree in Business Administration from Memphis State University and has been in the software support industry for 30 years. Judy is married and has two children and four grandchildren. She loves to camp and spend time with her family and friends.

David joined the BTM Team in September 2007 as the new Account Manager of the BTM Memphis Division. Although new to BTM Solutions, he has a long history with computers and software. David has a B. S. Degree in Organizational Business Management from Crichton College in Memphis, TN.

John joined the Memphis branch of BTM in April, 2007.  He has a BS and MBA from the University of Tennessee-Martin.  John has over 20 years accounting and management experience, several of which were as a client of BTM Solutions.
